Original verdict: After reading the referee report and watching the live stream footage of rbihf.tv, we are of the opinion that the standard penalty of 1 game suspension - 5 points, is insufficient.
Reviewed Verdict : After thoroughly studying the written defence and having found a way to enlarge the footage from rbihf.tv and thus viewing magnified frame by frame, the Disciplinary Committee concludes that this is a (non-intentional) high-stick situation and not a checking to the head or neck or a checking from behind.
The Disciplinary Committee therefore can only determine the penalty to the standard penalty of 5 points and thus 1 match suspension.
