Verdict : After reading the written order of the RIC, after viewing the live stream footage via RBIHF.TV and after a telephone interview with player concerned Jacques DE CEUSTER, the Disciplinary Committee decided that the person concerned is to be suspended for the next 10 games.
In determining the penalty scale and number of matches suspension, the Disciplinary Committee has also taken into account the previous penalties incurred by Jacques DE CEUSTER and the injury caused by Mr De Ceuster's action.
On behalf of the accused HYC asked the Appeal Committee to reject the verdict of the Disciplinary Committee.
